Reggae Music is naturally relaxing and also upbeat. The music we use in class is conscious and with a positive message. The class is great for Beginner Students

In this class, we will Connect to an Intention, Do Yoga Stretches, Coordinate some easy Dance Moves with Rhythm and Breath, do Freestyle dance to get the kinks out of our bodies, and a short meditation and some energy body medicine to end the hour class.
